Delivery

Delivery Fees for Family & Friends:

Shipping Costs:

  • $7 flat rate for orders under $300
  • Free delivery for orders over $300

 

Delivery Process:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland. Shipping is restricted to New Zealand.

Delivery once dispatched timeframe:

  • 2-3 business days Auckland Metro
  • 3-4 business days wider Auckland
  • 5-7 business days all regions

Should your order not be received after 10 business days, please contact us.

Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the order. 

Unfortunately transport carriers and couriers cannot leave the order unattended if there is no one home to sign for it. 

 

Delivery Issues:

To deliver your order, it requires a signature from someone over 18. This means they cannot deliver your order to PO Boxes.

If you cannot provide a street address for your delivery, or if you cannot be home to sign for your delivery, you will receive a Collect card where you can speak directly to or enter a website to arrange an alternative delivery or collection time.  

Changes to the delivery address cannot be administered once your online order is placed. Orders placed begin processing immediately to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time. In the event that you state an incorrect address, contact the Customer Service team during business hours.
